Holiday homes - our houses in Le Marche
Both holiday houses are idyllically situated between the mountains and the sea – surrounded by uncountable medieval villages and historical small towns. 2 to 5 persons can be accomodated. Prices per week differ from 250 to 520 Euro according to the season.
Situation & possibilities for excursions
As both houses are wonderfully situated in the "middle" you can decide every day anew, wether to go to the beach or to the mountains. You need only 5 minutes to stock up on some culture, because then you have reached the next medieval place. To go to the beach you need 20 to 30 minutes. Just round the corner you'll find the historical town of Fermo with cathedral, roman cisterns, museums, theatre and a big market square as well as elegant or low cost boutiques.
The small townhouse in the historical centre „Casa Miriamar“
... is situated in Belmonte Piceno, a small medieval village. It is 15 minutes away from Petritoli. From the ample terrace you can enjoy the panoramic view over the typical hillside to the snowcovered mountains.
Our small countryhouse and rustico „Capanna Margherita“
... is situated in the middle of the countryside. Here you can unwind and relax and at the same time fully enjoy the italian „dolce vita „, because it's only 1 km away from the small medieval town of Petritoli. The property is surrounded by roses, olive groves and a biodynamical vineyard.
