The prices include cleaning and extras. Linen and towels are available.
Prices for less than 1 week according to arrangments.
Deposit: 25% of full rental rate (at least 150 EUR) on reservation. The remaining amount has to be paid 14 days before arrival. Your booking is confirmed after receipt of money on our account.
Heating periode:
During the heating period from October, 23th till April, 1st we will charge 50 Euro extra as prepayment for heating. The amount will be charged against the actually incurred costs read from the meter on the day of departure.
The christmas periode is excluded. Heating costs are here included in the price.
Wood for the stove in the kitchen is provided free of charge.

A bottle of Rosso Piceno is waiting for you as a welcoming gift.
On request we'll also do the first basic shopping for you.
